You summed it up well from that viewpoint. Yes, they should have asked Sarah Palin to speak. Frankly, I did like Mitt Romney. I considered him a gentleman, and I believe his expertise in reversing economic failure made him the perfect candidate for all the people who think "the economy" is our number one problem. I believe he would have gone to work, and if he got any cooperation at all, he could have made a BIG difference in our economic woes. HOWEVER, the BIGGEST mistake he and the Republican Party made was keeping quiet about Obama's and the Dem's policy on abortion and same-sex marriage. These should have been the FRONT and CENTER ISSUES!!! So what if it wouldn't have changed anyone's vote!! That's not the point. GOD ALMIGHTY was IGNORED and His standards of righteousness and holiness "THROWN UNDER THE BUS!" Why should He give us a good president? We got what we deserve for being so chicken as not to bring up moral issues!!!! That's where I stand. Now, if all of us will PRAY (especially myself) things can very well change!!!! Have mercy, O God, on the USA!!!Mizpah Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08342018356630926297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7807706397049871672.post-60748688066215427932012-11-12T22:11:06.714-08:002012-11-12T22:11:06.714-08:00I liked Mitt. He respects the Office of the President. For these basic things to be on my mind shows how low the current POTUS has taken things.

However, I first went for Cain. I gave money to Santorum. I would've loved to see Newt wipe the floor with Obama in a debate. And finally I got behind Mitt, and really was behind him, and gave his campaign a donation.Nike Chillemihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13840406107033413597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7807706397049871672.post-75832179614805831682012-11-12T17:54:41.459-08:002012-11-12T17:54:41.459-08:001,2,3 ..... yep... that about sums it up.
I do...1,2,3 ..... yep... that about sums it up.

I don't think he was radically different from Obama either.

If you ask the question, "Without saying the word 'Obama', Why do you support Mitt?", you get a lot of people scratching their heads. The popular slogan was "Anybody but Obama". Well, Romney looked like more of the same. I couldn't find anyone jumping up and down enthusiastically calling Romney the Messiah like they did in 2008 for "O".

Of course, some TeaParty voters were disappointed with the Republicans handling of Ron Paul. They were so mad at the Republican party after Ron being thrown under the bus, that they voted for Obama! What?

I don't really keep up with politics all that much, but are there REALLY two parties? From the rhetoric, it is difficult for me to figure that out for myself.
